As a Certified Sommelier, I've worked in and around Food and Beverage since 1999. Over the years I've noticed most people that drink wine love it but don't have the basic knowledge to help them really appreciate it. I wrote this book for people that have an interest in wine, but don't want to read a 300 page book to get some basic knowledge.
